Information you choose to share
If you submit the audit or a business-tool result, we collect the answers or scope you chose plus your name, work email and business name. A call request also collects your timezone, availability and any message you provide. Do not include patient details, passwords, payment information or other sensitive customer data.
How we use it
We use your answers to prepare the opportunity report, understand your enquiry and arrange a requested conversation. Consented audit, business-tool and call submissions are stored in our website database and linked to an internal opportunity record. Authorized team members and configured service providers may process them for that purpose. Optional marketing consent is separate from contact about your request.
Assessment and analytics
The instant opportunity report uses a structured assessment framework. It does not crawl your website. We collect page and funnel events, such as an audit completion, without including your name, email, website or free-text answers in those events. The website honours the browser’s Do Not Track signal for these optional events. Hosting providers may separately process technical request logs.
Cookies and storage
A necessary, secure report cookie lets this browser open the report and link a later call request for seven days. It contains a random access token, not your contact details. Submitted information is stored server-side. Rate limiting uses short-lived hashed request identifiers to protect forms.
Access and choices
You can leave optional fields blank and decline optional marketing. To request access, correction or deletion, use the enquiry form and identify the request in the message. We retain enquiry information while it is needed to respond and manage the relationship, subject to applicable obligations.
Service providers
The Vercel-hosted website uses a dedicated Supabase project for enquiry storage and sign-in. These providers process information needed to deliver the site, save requests and let authorized team members review them. Additional email or scheduling services may be connected to support your requested contact. We do not sell your enquiry data.
